The MO/KS Chapter, ACPA is dedicated to expanding the use of Portland Cement Concrete Pavement and cementitious-based paving products through technology transfer and educational activities.

MO/KS Chapter, ACPA is a “local” association, representing the interests of our local membership, while understanding the importance of being part of a larger collaborative national effort.  MO/KS Chapter, ACPA’s affiliation with the American Concrete Pavement Association gives membership and staff the tools, resources, and expertise needed to be successful on the local and national level. The American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) is recognized nationally as the spokesman for portland cement concrete pavement. This recognition was earned through diligent work and maintaining a highly qualified technical staff. We at the Chapter level subscribe to the same professional principles, which establishes us as a credible resource for the concrete paving industry.  Our Technology transfer, education and marketing efforts are targeted to both state highway agencies, MoDOT and KDOT, the FAA, the FHWA, the Corps of Engineers, municipalities, counties, and commercial facilities.
